Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Lead to lead a distributed team of developers and drive rapid product delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.

Basic Requirements

• BSc in computer science, software engineering, or related fields from top universities
• At least 5 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks including FastAPI, Pydantic, Alembic, and related technologies.
• Experience with structured, unstructured, and vector databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Ability to take a product specification and turn it into working software.
• Experience working with LLMs and AI-powered applications.
• Experience in AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Antygravity).
• Proven experience leading remote development teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Ability to work in an high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain visibility across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Experience mentoring and growing junior developers.
