Position Overview-

• Mechanical Engineering Team Leader balancing hands-on technical design with the professional and managerial leadership of an elite group of 5 to 6 Mechanical Engineers.
• Directing the end-to-end mechanical R&D lifecycle from initial concept, kinematics design, and structural modeling through to manufacturing, assembly, and integration phases.
• Architecting multi-disciplinary machines that seamlessly integrate complex mechanisms, high-precision drive and motion systems, industrial control elements, and pneumatic frameworks.
• Overseeing design methodologies, executing rigorous structural evaluations, and mentoring the engineering team in complex problem-solving.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Mechanical Design Leadership, Custom Automation & Robotics, Motion & Drive Systems, Pneumatics, Kinematics, SolidWorks, System Integration, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Serial Production.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
• 10+ years of robust professional experience dedicated strictly to core mechanical design and hardware development – Mandatory
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency utilizing SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assembly design, and detailing – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on engineering experience developing complex machinery that incorporates dynamic mechanisms, advanced drive systems, motion control, and pneumatics – Mandatory
• Proven track record in a technical leadership or team management capacity – Strong Advantage
• Significant professional experience preparing complex products and systems for serial production lines (DFM/DFMA) – Advantage
