The headquarters is based in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated directly along the rail network), operating under a hybrid model with 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Technical Product Manager taking end-to-end strategic ownership, definition, and execution of the company's core flagship product acceleration engine.
• Driving the core product roadmap via a balanced split of 60% Inbound execution (partnering deeply with internal R&D, Architects, and DevOps) and 40% Outbound engagement (interfacing with global enterprise customers and tech partners).
• Defining complex technical product specifications, managing diverse cross-functional stakeholders, and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to prioritize high-stakes engineering initiatives.
• Infusing advanced AI capabilities and predictive modeling into the core optimization fabric to continually enhance scheduling, resource distribution, and runtime efficiency.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Technical Product Management, CI/CD Optimization, Build Acceleration, Distributed Systems, Compilers & Build Tools, DevOps Infrastructure, Cloud Compute Allocation, AI-Driven Performance Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven professional experience as a Product Manager specifically leading highly technical, infrastructure, or developer-facing products – Mandatory
• Solid foundational background as a Software Engineer, Core Developer, or DevOps Engineer – Mandatory
• Technical literacy and comfort navigating low-level systems architectures, such as compilers, build automated frameworks, or network protocols – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing products utilizing or optimizing CI/CD pipelines, containerized systems, or cloud architectures – Mandatory
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with a verifiable track record managing both technical Inbound R&D requirements and enterprise Outbound customer relations – Mandatory
• Prior professional exposure to integrating AI frameworks or machine learning pipelines into software products – Strong Advantage
