Global Logistics Manager

Shoofra is looking for a Global Logistics Manager for a leading international fashion brand. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and resilient professional to join a fast-paced team.

This role requires a unique balance: driving the optimization of current daily E-commerce operations while simultaneously building from scratch new distribution networks abroad. Thriving in this startup-like environment means you are highly flexible, able to invent new processes on the fly, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, intense, and matrixed organization. During the initial period, this role will report to the VP of Operations, with a planned transition to reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Lead, manage, and continuously optimize existing global E-commerce logistics and supply chain processes.

Global Expansion: Execute the setup and integration of new distribution channels and fulfillment partners (3PL) in the US and Europe.

Supplier Management: Manage daily operations and negotiate with international freight forwarders, fulfillment centers, and logistics vendors.

Problem Solving: Address daily operational roadblocks ("firefighting") ensuring logistics never block company growth, while advancing long-term strategic setups.

Matrix Navigation: Maintain seamless cross-functional communication, working horizontally and vertically across the organization to provide internal service and align solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in global logistics and E-commerce supply chain operations (Must). B2B experience is an advantage. ( At least 3 years of experience )

Demonstrated experience managing, auditing, and negotiating with various international suppliers in English (Must).

Exceptional, high-level proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and manual process building (Must). Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

A "startup mindset": Open-minded, highly adaptable, and capable of creating new processes from scratch to meet sudden field demands.

Strong interpersonal skills with the emotional intelligence to navigate matrix management, contain pressure, and operate effectively in a dynamic, sometimes chaotic, environment.

Availability for full-time on-site work (5 days a week from the office), including required availability and responsiveness on Fridays.
