QA Engineer

Position Overview-

• QA & Automation Engineer joining an intimate quality assurance squad, reporting directly to the QA Manager.
• Executing end-to-end manual testing alongside dedicated technical ownership of Web automation development (comprising roughly a third of the role).
• Validating complex, data-heavy web applications, tracking workflows, and identifying edge cases across enterprise billing pipelines.
• Interfacing closely with the database layer to write queries, manipulate data records, and verify backend transaction integrity.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Telecom Billing Software, CRM Systems, Open-Source Architecture, Web Automation, Manual QA Methodologies, MongoDB, Web Applications, End-to-End System Testing.

Requirements-

• Professional experience dedicated to software quality assurance – Mandatory
• Deep foundational knowledge of structured QA methodologies (such as ISTQB standards or equivalent training) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience testing and validating complex Web-based systems and interfaces – Mandatory
• Technical experience working with MongoDB or alternative database engines (writing queries, verifying data) – Mandatory
• Basic coding/scripting capabilities or familiarity with automation concepts, with a strong desire to develop Web automation solutions – Mandatory
