Senior Integration Engineer (Contractor)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Integration Engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, leading projects end-to-end, and designing elegant solutions to complex business problems.

• Lead customer-facing integration projects from discovery to production.
• Gather requirements and write technical and functional design documents.
• Design scalable integration architectures across business applications.
• Build and maintain automations using Workato and modern AI capabilities.
• Implement integrations between platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Monday.com, Jira, HR systems, finance systems and other SaaS applications.
• Design and consume REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks and event-driven integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices, architecture and automation opportunities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and executive leadership.

• 8+ years of hands-on integration experience.
• Proven commercial experience with Workato.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience integrating business applications through APIs.
• Experience with Ruby.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new business domains.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable owning projects from start to finish.

• AI-powered automation experience.
• Workato Agentic AI and MCP experience.
• Monday.com.
• Jira.
• HubSpot.
• HiBob.
• Okta.
• SQL.
• JavaScript or Python.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS companies.
