We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Log-On Software and lead our technology recruitment team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the company's technology recruitment function.
• Drive recruitment goals while continuously improving hiring processes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and lead data-driven improvements.
• Promote innovation and implement AI-powered recruiting tools and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing a recruitment team in a software or IT company – required.
• Proven experience in technology recruitment – required.
• Experience working with recruitment KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

📍 Location: Company headquarters in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange District (relocating to Ra'anana in the future).
