Magnetics Engineer 237316

A leading power supply company specializing in the development and manufacturing of both standard and custom power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications is seeking a Magnetics Engineer to join its engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing documentation packages for magnetic components based on R&D designs as part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
• Maintain, support, and improve existing manufacturing documentation for various magnetic products and coil assemblies
• Provide engineering support and troubleshoot technical issues with subcontractors and manufacturing partners located in India, the United States, and Thailand
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth transfer of products into manufacturing
• Initiate and lead process improvement activities, failure analysis investigations, and cost reduction projects

Requirements

• Electronics Engineering Technician diploma – Mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of experience in NPI engineering and technical support for electronic products – Mandatory
• Experience working with OrCAD – Mandatory
• Strong technical documentation and manufacturing support capabilities
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Mandatory
