Position Overview-

• Senior Backend / Core Full-Stack Engineer joining a high-impact, fast-growing engineering team, reporting directly to the R&D Team Leader.
• Taking full technical ownership of end-to-end development initiatives, from initial architectural layout and system design to production-grade deployment.
• Engineering robust, data-dense backend microservices primarily in Python, infused with advanced AI utilities to automate cloud-identity mapping.
• Championing modern engineering methodologies, code quality standards, and resilient distributed architectures.
• Contributing cross-functionally with exposure to client-facing management consoles, incorporating lightweight frontend logic using React over global AWS cloud systems.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Cloud Security, Machine Identity Management, Python Backend, AI-Driven Sourcing, AWS Cloud Architecture, Microservices, System Design, and Frontend exposure (React).

Requirements-

• Strong professional experience (several years) dedicated strictly to backend software engineering and system architecture – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade development experience utilizing at least one modern language: Python, Node.js, or Go (with full willingness to operate primarily in Python) – Mandatory
• Hands-on engineering experience deploying, configuring, and scaling services over a Public Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) – Mandatory
• Proven track record operating within fast-paced, product-driven Startup environments – Mandatory
• Strong foundational understanding of microservices architecture, data modeling, and clean code principles – Mandatory
