Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor and drive a high-caliber, multi-disciplinary team (Data Science, Data Engineering, and BI), pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with our data.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating massive datasets into visionary business moves and disruptive product features.
• Drive Next-Gen AI Innovation: Foster a culture of relentless innovation, constantly exploring, testing, and implementing the latest AI frameworks and methodologies (GenAI, LLMs, advanced ML).
• Lead complex, cross-company AI and data products from raw infrastructure architecture to production-grade deployment.

• You started your career in the technical trenches, mastered the data world, and have successfully transitioned into a leadership mindset.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 6+ years of hands-on experience across the data ecosystem (Data Science / Engineering / Advanced Analytics).
• 2-3 years of proven experience managing data teams. This should be your second team lead role, where you are hungry to scale your management impact in a highly influential ecosystem.
• Background in fast-paced B2B2C, E-commerce, or large-scale digital platforms.
