CEO – Defense Tech / Drone Startup

A fast-growing defense-tech startup , operating at the intersection of autonomous platforms, mission‑critical operations and international growth.

Is looking for a CEO to lead the company through its next phase scaling globally, deepening strategic partnerships, and turning cutting‑edge technology into a sustainable, profitable business.

Key responsibilities

🔸Own company strategy and execution across product, operations, business development and full P&L.

🔸Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary leadership team (R&D, operations, programs, BD & sales).

🔸Drive international growth in key defense and homeland security markets (Israel, US, Europe and selected additional regions).

🔸Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, partners, investors and the board.

🔸Translate complex technological and operational capabilities into clear value propositions, deals and long-term programs.

🔸Ideal background

🔸Must have: 15+ years in senior leadership roles within defense, aerospace or advanced technology (drones, airborne/surveillance systems, EO/ISR, C4I, tactical systems, or similar).

🔸Must have: Proven track record as Head of Division / Business Unit Manager / GM / COO / CEO, with full P&L responsibility for a business unit or company, in leading defense companies or equivalent global defense/aerospace organizations.

🔸Experience working with defense and homeland security customers and complex international contracts.

🔸Strong mix of technical understanding and business/strategic thinking; comfortable leading conversations with engineers, operators and C‑level stakeholders.

🔸Experience in scaling organizations, building teams and navigating growth, transformation or turnarounds.

🔸Academic background in engineering, science, economics or business administration; MBA/Executive program is an advantage.
