Position Overview-

• Senior Backend Developer joining a high-impact engineering core to architect and scale complex, high-transaction financial processing systems.
• Designing and implementing mission-critical features using Node.js to support low-latency trading paths, advanced portfolio tracking, and real-time data streaming.
• Developing robust, secure enterprise APIs and microservices handling vast data traffic distributed across advanced cloud clusters.
• Holding substantial influence over core system architecture, database schema design, and runtime performance optimization across heavy concurrent user workloads.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem-Fintech Architecture, Capital Markets Systems, Node.js Backend Engineering, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), Distributed Messaging (Kafka), Containerization (Kubernetes), Linux environments, Elastic/Kibana, and System Performance.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of proven professional experience strictly focusing on backend software architecture and system development – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade programming experience using Node.js to build high-scale distributed systems – Mandatory
• Solid technical proficiency working with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL/MongoDB/Redis) data stores – Mandatory
• Must satisfy at least one of the following background profiles – Mandatory:
• A relevant B.Sc. or higher technological degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields).
• Proven hands-on development experience operating within a fast-paced Fintech or financial trading company.
• Practical exposure to modern cloud infrastructures (GCP preferred), messaging brokers (Kafka), or container orchestrations (Kubernetes) – Strong Advantage
