Enterprise AI Professional Services Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Solutions & Implementation Engineer with a strong background in software development and technical architecture to own and scale our enterprise customer delivery from the ground up.

This role is perfect for a hands-on, technically deep builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves making complex systems work in the real world. You will bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and enterprise production, partnering closely with R&D, Product, and executive stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy tailored technical solutions.

You will have end-to-end technical ownership of the post-sale customer journey—from core system integration and workflow development to full-scale deployment and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Integration & Architecture: Lead complex technical integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM platforms), ensuring high scalability, performance, and security.
• AI Workflow Development & Configuration: Assess customer data readiness, configure, code, and integrate advanced AI components into tailored production-ready workflows.
• Technical Onboarding & Solutions Design: Engage with enterprise clients post-close to analyze complex operational processes and translate them into clear, robust technical implementation plans.
• Own end-to-end solution deployment. Define technical success metrics, monitor model performance, and ensure smooth production rollouts.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Strong Technical & Development Background: At least 1 years of hands-on experience in software development or heavy technical integration (Python/Node.js, APIs, SDKs) within the past 7+ years of overall technical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar deeply technical, customer-facing role.
• Enterprise Segment Expertise: Proven experience working with the Israeli enterprise market
• Deep Cloud & Architecture Understanding: Hands-on experience supporting deployments across major cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and complex enterprise software ecosystems.
• AI & Data Literacy: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, modern LLM/AI tools, and data workflows.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous business processes into structured, scalable technical code and architecture.
• Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise CTOs, CISOs, and Architects.
• Languages: Native/Fluent Hebrew (daily client communication is in Hebrew) and excellent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational data analytics.
• Background in developing/integrating production-grade AI/ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with major enterprise automation and workflow platforms.
