SodaStream, חברת משקאות גלובלית מבית PepsiCo, מחפשת מתכנן/ת חומרים להצטרפות לצוות התכנון במפעל הטעמים.

מה בתפקיד?

• ניהול ותכנון חומרים מקצה לקצה, כולל אחריות על זמינות חומרים ותמיכה רציפה בייצור.
• הובלת תהליכי אופטימיזציה של מלאי וקביעת מדיניות מלאי חכמה ודינמית.
• תכנון רכש וייבוא חומרים על בסיס תחזיות, כולל תכנון קצר וארוך טווח.
• ניתוח תחזיות ובניית סדרי עדיפויות לייצור תוך איזון בין אילוצים.
• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים גלובליים - ספקים, רכש, תפעול, איכות ולוגיסטיקה.
• שותפות בתהליכי קבלת החלטות בתחומי אחריות התפ"י ותמיכה בפעילות הצוות.
  
  

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתכנון חומרים- חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה יצרנית גלובלית- חובה
• שליטה במערכות ERP ויכולות Excel מתקדמות- חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – עבודה יומיומית מול חו״ל- חובה
• חשיבה אנליטית, פרואקטיביות ויכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית מרובת ממשקים
  
  

• ניסיון בתעשיית מוצרי צריכה / מזון
• השכלה – הנדסאי תעשיה וניהול או תואר ראשון בניהול תעשייתי -יתרון
  
  

• Manage end-to-end material planning, ensuring material availability and continuous support for production.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives and develop smart, dynamic inventory policies.
• Plan the procurement and import of raw materials based on demand forecasts, including both short- and long-term planning.
• Analyze demand forecasts and establish production priorities while balancing operational constraints.
• Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, including suppliers, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Logistics.
• Partner in decision-making processes related to production planning and inventory control (PPIC) and support the overall Planning team's activities.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in materials planning – Required
• Experience working in a global manufacturing environment – Required
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills – Required
• High level of English – daily communication with international teams – Required
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  
  

• Experience in the consumer goods and/or food manufacturing industry
• Industrial Engineering and Management Practical Engineer diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management – Preferred
