Tourism Systems Specialist

We are looking for a talented Tourism Systems Specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will lead implementations, optimizations, and advanced technological solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage and lead complex implementation projects for tourism systems from end to end.
• GDS Operations: Work routinely and deeply with the industry's leading platforms (Amadeus / Sabre).
• Process Optimization & Automation: Analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and improve business and technical processes.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Handle complex technical issues, provide expert professional support, and solve problems in real-time.
• Training & Onboarding: Conduct user training, manage change processes, and implement new workflows.

Requirements:

• Deep familiarity with Amadeus and/or Sabre – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in system implementation and project management – An advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and solve problems creatively.
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly service-oriented, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse interfaces.

Major Advantage:

• Familiarity with Back-Office systems in the travel industry, specifically Travel Booster.

Position Details:

• Location: Central Tel Aviv – right on the train line.
• Work Model: Hybrid (Office-based with 1 day of remote work per week).
