CRM System Analyst
Job Description:
- Gather and define business requirements, analyze them, and author detailed business and technical specification documents.
- Guide and support development and QA teams throughout the entire lifecycle until successful deployment/implementation.
- Analyze core organizational processes, system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
- Update documentation in response to required changes and monitor design/planning documents.
- Understand business requirements to identify needs, gaps, and potential risks.
- Support and lead projects on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM Systems Analysis OR experience in Siebel Development.
- Proven experience in writing both business and technical characterization documents (specs).
- Experience in profiling and designing interfaces facing infrastructure systems.
- Experience working with the Siebel system – Advantage.
