The company develops a high-scale B2B SaaS platform that enables global enterprise clients including Tier-1 banks and insurance giants to easily embed advanced biometric verification and multi-factor authentication directly into their applications.

The corporate headquarters is based in a central Tel Aviv tech hub (highly accessible, situated directly on the train transit line), operating under a flexible hybrid model of 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Full-Stack Development Team Leader taking direct management ownership of an elite squad of 4 developers, balancing 40% to 50% hands-on engineering with people management and technical mentorship.
• Reporting directly to the Director of R&D, leading the architectural design and implementation of the company's next-generation orchestrator engine the foundational nervous system linking their flagship enterprise product with their cloud matrix.
• Driving high-throughput backend systems engineered in Scala alongside highly responsive, data-dense client interfaces built in React, maintaining a balanced execution across both layers.
• Overseeing product delivery, CI/CD automation pipelines, and high-availability systems running over global AWS cloud infrastructures.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- R&D Team Leadership, Cyber Security, Biometric Identity Verification, High-Scale SaaS, Scala, React, Java Ecosystem, AWS Cloud, Distributed Orchestration, Microservices.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience directly managing a team of software engineers – Mandatory
• 5+ years of robust backend development experience utilizing Scala or Java within distributed, high-scale computing systems – Mandatory
• Solid frontend engineering capabilities with a modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue) – Mandatory
• Extensive professional experience operating within product companies that build high-scale SaaS infrastructures – Mandatory
• Deep foundational understanding of high-availability cloud architecture (AWS preferred), distributed database tuning, and high-concurrency system designs – Mandatory
