AI DevOps Engineer

🚀 We are hiring at AM Consulting! Our client, a fast-growing, AI-first startup, is looking for an: AI Agent Orchestration DevOps Engineer

Building the infrastructure and orchestration that runs agents in production: Coordinating multi-agent workflows, runtime environments, CI/CD for agents, observability, and reliability at scale.

What you will do:

• Design and operate the orchestration layer that schedules and routes multi-agent workflows.
• Build runtime infrastructure, containers, autoscaling, and queues.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for safe deployment of agents to production, complete with versioning and fast rollbacks.
• Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation (evals) for every agent execution.
• Manage costs and performance across the entire fleet.

What you need:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering in a production environment. MUST
• 1+ Experience with orchestration and workflow systems (Temporal, Airflow, LangGraph, or similar). MUST
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure). MUST
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and Git as an operational backbone. MUST
• An understanding of how LLM agents consume tools, context, and memory, and what makes them reliable in production. MUST
