DevOps Team Lead

The corporate offices are located in a central Tel Aviv/Central district tech hub (highly accessible, immediately adjacent to major train transit), operating under a hybrid framework providing 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• DevOps Team Leader taking end-to-end management ownership of a high-performing operations squad of 3 to 5 engineers.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), balancing 30% to 50% hands-on engineering with strategic team guidance and resource management.
• Architecting, scaling, and maintaining complex hybrid infrastructures across both On-Premises data centers and Public Cloud platforms.
• Designing high-availability continuous delivery pipelines within a mixed, enterprise-scale architecture combining Linux and Windows ecosystems.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- DevOps Team Leadership, Hybrid Cloud Engineering (Public Cloud & On-Prem), CI/CD Automation, Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Linux Systems, Windows Server, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Security Hardening.

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven leadership experience directly managing a team of DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE professionals – Mandatory
• 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer building high-scale production systems – Mandatory
• Prior professional engineering experience operating within the Cybersecurity sector – Mandatory
• Deep, first-principles technical proficiency with the Linux operating system, including hands-on development, scripting, or automation over Linux environments – Mandatory
• Solid production experience working with modern orchestration and containerization platforms (Kubernetes and Docker) alongside complex CI/CD tools – Mandatory
