What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, storage and backup systems

• Monitor servers and IT infrastructure environments

• Perform proactive system health checks and updates

• Manage users and ongoing system administration tasks

• Handle escalations for complex technical issues

• Work in a highly operational, mission-critical environment

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in System / IT / Help Desk roles

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft-based operating systems and Exchange (On-Prem & 365)

• Familiarity with VMware environments – advantage

• Familiarity with storage systems such as Nutanix – advantage

• Familiarity with backup solutions such as Commvault – advantage

• Strong motivation to learn and grow in the System field

Ability to obtain security clearance

•Valid driver’s license

•Availability for on-call rotations
