BlackEdge Group is an Israeli fintech group offering financial solutions for individuals and businesses. We're launching a new digital-first, non-bank lending company, and we're looking for a founding Head of Growth Marketing to build and lead our growth engine from day one.

This is a true 0→1 leadership role for someone who thrives on driving measurable business growth not just managing campaigns.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv (Office-based)

What You'll Own

Full ownership of customer acquisition, CAC, and cost-per-funded-deal targets

Building and optimizing paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels

Developing scalable organic growth through SEO, GEO, content marketing, and interactive tools

Building a strong organic and paid social presence that positions the company as a transparent, digital-first alternative

Implementing AI-driven marketing automation, campaign optimization, and lead qualification

Working closely with Product and Development teams to prioritize growth and UX initiatives

Establishing attribution, lead-source tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting

What We're Looking For

Proven experience driving measurable business growth—not just managing media budgets

Strong background in fintech or other technology companies selling regulated financial products to consumers

Hands-on expertise across performance marketing, content, SEO, organic growth, social media, and brand building

Experience implementing AI tools and marketing automation solutions

Data-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution
