Enterprise Resources Planning Developer

We're looking for an experienced Priority ERP Implementer & Developer to join a challenging and innovative ERP project. This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of a new Priority ERP system from planning through go-live, while working closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new ERP implementation project from initiation to go-live.
• Implement, configure, and customize the Priority ERP system to meet business needs.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, forms, reports, and BPM workflows.
• Develop and customize Priority solutions.
• Design and implement forms, reports, screens, and business processes.
• Provide user training, ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements after go-live.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and developing Priority ERP.
• Strong experience analyzing and designing business processes.
• Experience writing functional specifications and developing customized Priority solutions.
• Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects – a significant advantage.
• Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar) – an advantage.
• Strong understanding of organizational business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
