Job Description:

• Analyzing customer needs and business requirements, comparing them with the existing capabilities of the relevant system, and defining the required adaptations and enhancements.

• Defining the implementation approach for business requirements within a new system.

• Recommending alternative solutions to address business needs and requirements.

• Collaborating with professional IT teams, including Development, Infrastructure, Workflow (WF), and Integration teams, as well as Customer Relationship Managers and key business users from various organizational departments.

• Writing functional specification documents in accordance with project and system standards.

• Writing test documents and performing User Acceptance Tests (UAT) / delivery tests.

• Writing data migration documents and participating in migration processes.

• Providing second- and third-level support for incidents and user requests.

• Learning and presenting the project's unique business processes.

• Serving as an integral member of project teams responsible for analyzing and implementing business processes.

• Supporting the implementation process and delivering user training.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education in the SAP field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis within SAP environments in medium-to-large organizations.

• Experience participating in large-scale and complex systems analysis projects.

• Experience working closely with SAP implementation and development teams.
