We're looking for an experienced Glassix Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

Implement and configure Glassix solutions for enterprise customers
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
Customize workflows, integrations, and business processes
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

Mandatory: Hands-on experience implementing Glassix
Experience implementing, configuring, or developing enterprise information systems (such as CRM, ITSM, ERP, CX, or similar platforms)
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar – an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
