Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital products end-to-end, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions in the insurance and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Define product MVPs and roadmaps

Prioritize development tasks and manage sprint planning

Own and continuously improve the user experience while ensuring regulatory compliance

Define product KPIs, perform analysis, and drive continuous product improvements

Provide product guidance and training to customer service and sales teams

Manage user issues and support ongoing product optimization

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors in a matrix environment

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing digital products and projects in the insurance or financial services industry

Experience with product and analytics tools such as Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, and Glassbox

Familiarity with software development processes

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Strong service orientation with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
