A world-renowned leader in the defense sector, specializing in the development, production, and integration of cutting-edge sonar, acoustic systems, and comprehensive underwater security solutions, is eeking an experienced Project Manager.

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the VP of Projects

Responsible for leading complex projects end-to-end

Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation through to delivery and customer acceptance.

Collaborate closely with the Operations department to expedite procurement and production processes, ensuring alignment with customer timelines.

Interface daily within a matrix structure across various departments, including R&D (Hardware, Software, Mechanical), Operations, Production, and Management.

Manage direct customer relationships, including expectations, progress reporting, crisis resolution, and presenting project milestones/plans.

Oversee risk management, budgeting, scheduling (Gantt), and resource allocation.

B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

3+ years of experience in project management within companies developing multidisciplinary systems

Proven experience working within the defense industry / defense tech companies

Proven track record working directly with production floors, procurement, and operations departments

Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a matrix environment without direct managerial authority

Experience in direct, customer-facing roles

High proficiency in English – Significant Advantage.
