Role Description:

The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

In this position, the consultant engages prospective learners through inbound and outbound channels, conducts needs assessments, and presents tailored program options that align with learners’ goals.

Day-to-day activities include managing inquiries, scheduling and leading counseling conversations, explaining course structures and pricing, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process. The Sales Consultant also follows up with leads, maintains accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborates with the teaching and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

Strong Sales Consulting skills, including identifying learner needs, recommending suitable programs, and closing enrollments.

Experience in Consulting and advisory conversations, with the ability to guide individuals toward clear learning paths.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and active listening.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust, handle objections.

Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.

Prior experience in education, online learning, or training services is beneficial.

Comfort working with CRM and online communication tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
