Who We Are

We are the Cisco Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Program Management Office (PMO) team.

Our Core Responsibilities Include

• Comprehensive execution tracking.
• Facilitating internal and external communications.
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Defining and developing program execution process flows.
  
  

We manage these activities across two primary vectors: Cisco’s ASIC products throughout the full Product Life Cycle (PLC), from initial definition to mass production. Complex, cross-functional Research and Development (R&D) activities that support our product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will serve as a vital resource supporting Program Managers and development teams across various execution phases. Your role will involve tracking project actions and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tracking tools to enhance our operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering from a leading university, with a GPA of 85 or above.
• At least three semesters remaining until graduation.
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week (minimum 1 day in Tel Aviv and 1 day in Caesarea)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business and managerial acumen, leadership potential, fast learning ability, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent development.
• Knowledge of the Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) development flow is a significant advantage.
