Web Developer (CMS)

We're looking for a Web Developer (CMS) to join the Marketing & Growth team of a leading global content creation platform. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the company's web platforms and digital assets, build high-impact digital experiences, and collaborate closely with design, SEO, and growth teams to drive business results.

The role combines hands-on development, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and close collaboration with Marketing, Growth, Design, and Product teams.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect web pages based on Figma designs
• Build and implement dynamic web components and integrations with internal and external systems
• Improve website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement SEO, accessibility, usability, and conversion optimization best practices
• Lead web projects end-to-end, from planning and development through testing and launch
• Design, manage, and maintain scalable CMS structures to support ongoing content initiatives
• Coordinate and prioritize work across internal stakeholders and external development teams
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design, SEO, and R&D teams to deliver high-impact web initiatives

Requirements:

Must-have:

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production marketing or commercial websites
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
• Experience working closely with Marketing, Growth, or Digital teams
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Experience working with analytics and tagging tools such as GA4, GTM, or Segment
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser, and cross-device compatibility
• Strong attention to visual detail, UX, and responsive web experiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them from concept to launch
• Experience working with Figma and translating designs into pixel-perfect web pages
• Experience coordinating work with external development teams, agencies, or vendors

Nice to Have:

• Experience migrating websites between CMS platforms
• Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or Lottie
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Convert
• Knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and web accessibility best practices
