Operations & Control Coordinator (Student Position)

abra R&D is looking for an Operations & Control Coordinator to join our team!

The role combines operational coordination, process monitoring, data control, and collaboration with a strategic customer. This position is ideal for students with strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to drive processes across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational processes using organizational information systems.
• Track tasks, statuses, and approvals across multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
• Perform ongoing data validation and reporting reviews, identify gaps, and drive their resolution.
• Generate operational status reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with customer representatives and internal company teams.
• Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees.
• Coordinate activities with various operational functions to support day-to-day business needs.
• Take ownership of processes from initiation through completion, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  
  

• Current undergraduate student with at least one year remaining in studies- Must
• Availability for a part-time position.
• Good proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  

• Studies in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in an operational, coordination, administrative, or project support role.
• Experience working with organizational information systems.
• Experience in reporting, data tracking, or operational control activities.
• Experience working with large organizations or in a multi-stakeholder environment.
