BDO Israel’s Marketing Department is looking for a Marketing Communications (MarCom) Coordinator to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a dynamic and diverse role that includes managing marketing communications activities, supporting business units, coordinating events, managing marketing projects, and contributing to the firm’s brand presence and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing plans and cross-functional marketing projects

• Coordinate and produce events, conferences, webinars, and client engagement activities

• Manage relationships with external vendors, production companies, content providers, and service partners

• Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content

• Manage and update website content and oversee the firm’s digital marketing assets

• Collaborate closely with partners, managers, and business units across the firm

• Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and budgets

• Manage invoice processing through SAP and coordinate vendor payments with the Finance team

• Create, manage, and distribute email marketing campaigns to targeted mailing lists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

• Experience in marketing communications, project coordination, or a similar role – an advantage

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Native-level Hebrew and good command of English
