Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Business Process & Systems Analyst to join the Capital Markets team at a leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative financial systems, business processes, and digital products in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements

Define business processes, information systems, and business and technology interfaces within the capital markets domain

Work with financial systems, trading platforms, B2C and B2B processes, and self-service solutions

Collaborate with external partners and internal business stakeholders

Lead multi-participant meetings and support products throughout their lifecycle

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in Systems Analysis or Product Specification

Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, capital markets, or investment environments

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Information Systems

Experience analyzing and defining business processes in the banking and capital markets domain

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead complex business processes
