Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Analyst at Miracle TEM services By Tamar, focused on the Telecom domain.
This is an entry-level position only, designed for candidates with up to 1 year of experience. This role is not suited for experienced or senior candidates: we provide full, hands-on training tailored specifically for beginners, so no prior background in Telecom is required. We're looking for someone early in their career, analytically minded, and with a strong service-oriented approach, who is eager to learn and grow within the Telecom Expense Management field.
As a Junior Analyst, you will support our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) processes, including invoice management, inventory management, usage optimization, and reporting. The role also involves working on customer success, client service is a key part of this position.
This is a hybrid role, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Support Invoice Management processes, help load, normalize, and verify billing data from telecom vendors
- Assist with Inventory Management, track telecom-related assets and service subscriptions, and help identify obsolete or unused devices to reduce costs
- Support Usage Optimization, help analyze usage patterns and contract terms to identify better rate/term matches
- Assist in Audit & Dispute Management, compare billing data against contracted rates and inventories to help identify discrepancies
- Help build and maintain TEM Analytics, Reports, and Dashboards, including trend analysis and cost-vs-budget comparisons
- Support customer success processes and maintain strong client relationships
- Learn and apply Miracle's methodologies as part of our internal training program
- Some workdays may be performed on-site at client offices, as needed
Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of experience, this is an entry-level role, and we will provide all necessary training
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills, client-facing communication is important
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
