Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior FinOps Analyst at Miracle FinOps services By Tamar.

This is an entry-level position only, designed for candidates with up to 1 year of experience. No prior FinOps expertise is required: we provide full, hands-on training on our tools, processes, and methodologies. We're looking for someone early in their career with basic exposure to cloud environments and a service-oriented mindset, who is eager to learn and grow into a FinOps specialization.

This is a hybrid role, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cloud costs across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
• Support clients with cost optimization recommendations and reporting
• Help maintain dashboards and cost visibility tools
• Assist in invoice processing and budget tracking for cloud/telecom expenses
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather data and resolve billing/usage questions
• Learn and apply FinOps best practices as part of our internal training program
• Some workdays may be performed on-site at client offices, as needed

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience, this is an entry-level role, and we will provide all necessary training
• Basic hands-on experience or familiarity with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP (personal projects, internship, course, or short-term role)
• Some background in customer service or client-facing support, comfortable communicating with clients professionally
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Excel
• Excellent quantitative and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent)
