We are looking for an exceptional Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of one of our flagship developments in the heart of Mahane Yehuda.

This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on site, enjoys solving complex challenges and is passionate about delivering projects at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the construction phase on behalf of the owner from contractor selection through project completion.

Manage the contractor tender process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating proposals, negotiating commercial terms and recommending contractor selection.

Represent the owner’s interests throughout the entire construction process.

Maintain a strong daily presence on site and ensure the project is progressing according to schedule, budget and quality standards.

Coordinate contractors, consultants, supervision teams and authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor construction quality, safety and compliance with plans and specifications.

Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly and drive solutions before they impact the project.

Review budgets, schedules, progress reports and change orders.

Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to company management.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience managing complex construction projects.

Proven experience managing contractor tender processes.

Strong understanding of construction management, contracts and project execution.

Experience managing contractors, consultants and supervision teams.

Experience with complex urban construction projects is highly preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems quickly.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is an advantage.
