Payroll Manager

We are looking for a talented Payroll Manager to join our Finance Operations team in Israel! You will be a part of the global Payroll org managing the Israel payroll process and act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for all payroll-related matters. In addition, you will lead integration and automation projects for our payroll function. We are looking for a strong operational leader that has a strong background in payroll operations, country regulations and compliance, and process improvement.

What you'll be doing - List the main and most interesting responsibilities of the role.

• Ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for Israel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This includes working with a team of specialists in processing payroll transactions such as new hires, leave of absences, RSU equity, terminations, employee changes and wage garnishments.
• Compile and analyze payroll data providing regular reports to key partners such as HR, tax, and accounting teams.
• Lead complex payroll projects focused around system integrations and implementation
• Provide leadership in addressing complex payroll issues, resolving concerns timely and providing excellent customer service stakeholders.
• Ensure payroll compliance with company policy and local tax legislation for Israel
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in processing payroll with experience working with external payroll providers and HRIS modules (Workday preferred) and Hilan. Experience with equity reporting (RSU’s and Stock Options).
• You have in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation in Israel.
• Experience managing a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels/functions throughout the company
• A problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.
• Experience with executing automation projects and willingness to use AI in simplifying work.

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
