The data team is building a world-class, data-driven culture that empowers everyone at Kape with timely, accurate information to drive their decisions. You’ll work with great people and play a pivotal role in strategic initiatives through data analysis, experimentation, and the development of metrics and dashboards.
Let's cut to the chase. What's the job?
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Analyst to join our UA & Growth Analytics team. This is a high-impact role at the core of our growth engine. You’ll own the analytics and measurement behind user acquisition, performance marketing, and growth optimization across our subscription brands — turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that shapes day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.
You’ll work closely with Growth, UA, Marketing, BI, and R&D stakeholders to make sure every growth initiative is measured accurately and understood deeply. Your mission: connect the numbers to the business, surface what’s really driving performance, and help drive measurable, profitable growth.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and enjoys balancing rigorous analysis with practical, real-world execution.
You Will
- Own reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across user acquisition and growth.
- Partner with Growth, UA, and Marketing teams to analyze and optimize performance across channels — with deep focus on Revenue, conversion, ARPU, ROAS, LTV/CAC, retention, churn, and win-backs.
- Design, measure, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to ensure accurate, trustworthy impact evaluation.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform business priorities.
- Build compelling data narratives and present insights to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Ensure measurement accuracy, data integrity, and scalable, reliable reporting.
- Collaborate with BI and R&D teams to improve data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to boost insight generation and efficiency (a big plus).
You might be a strong match if you check most of these boxes:
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on Growth / UA / Marketing Analytics.
- Track record of driving measurable business impact in fast-paced, data-driven environments (B2C / subscription business is a strong plus).
- Hands-on experience measuring and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or advanced modeling is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytics directly to revenue impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make data clear to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-intensity environment.
