We are looking for a motivated and highly analytical Financial Analyst / Economist to join our team.

This is a dynamic role combining financial analysis, business support, project coordination, and executive assistance while working closely with the company's Management. The position offers broad exposure to finance, operations, project execution, and business development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial analyses, business reports, and management presentations.

* Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

* Monitor company and project KPIs and prepare internal reporting.

* Analyze business data and provide insights to support decision-making.

* Prepare materials for management meetings, customer meetings, and bank presentations.

* Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure execution.

* Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress across departments.

* Support business development initiatives, tenders, commercial proposals, and various strategic projects.

* Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1-4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or economics (advantage).

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – mandatory.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage).

Experience with Power BI and AI productivity tools is an advantage.
