About This Role

JET Pay is a global payment solution available in 15 markets, recognized as the leading B2B solution in the food delivery industry. It empowers businesses to provide employees with a flexible budget for ordering meals—inside or outside the office.

Role

The Post-Payment team plays a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and evolving all after-payment processes for JET Pay products. We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join us in building scalable, robust, and extensible services. You will shape the future of our product by leveraging a modern, cutting-edge tech stack, including:

• Core Framework: .NET 6+
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MSSQL
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• AI Development Tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini
  
  

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Tel Aviv office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Technology Manager

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Build & Innovate: Develop robust, scalable cloud software components and services using modern .NET technologies.
• Maintain Quality: Enhance existing services to ensure they remain efficient and highly performant for a global user base.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders to realize innovations and align technical solutions with business needs.
• Automation & Deployment: Initiate and support CI/CD pipelines for rapid, stable deployments, and champion test automation solutions.
• AI-Powered Development: Utilize modern AI development tools to write clean, high-quality code and optimize workflows.
  
  

What will you bring to the team?

• Professional working experience with backend development using C#.
• Hands-on experience with modern .NET technologies (experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SQL databases.
• Strong grasp of Unit Testing principles and practices.
• High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken), with excellent communication skills to thrive in our global team.
• A proactive, fast-learning, and team-oriented mindset.
