Full-Stack Developer (Web & Mobile)

You will join Mobileye’s Corporate Information Systems (CIS) domain as a Experienced Developer to lead the end-to-end development of our next-generation internal employees ecosystem.

Our goal is to unify all organizational information, actions, and services into a single, seamless AI native and strategic In-house tool. This is a unique position for a highly independent developer who will act as the core technical force within the LMS and Comms team working closely with the Integration team. You will lead the migration into a Headless CMS environment and own the entire lifecycle, from frontend and backend development to cloud infrastructure and smart processing. We are looking for a pioneer with an AI-first mindset, who leverages AI agents and advanced tools to optimize every stage of development, achieving the output of an entire team through technology.

What will your job look like?

• Develop full-stack applications: frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) - built on a Headless CMS platform.
• Build both the web application and the cross-platform mobile app of the unified employee ecosystem.
• Integrate services and data from multiple information systems into a single unified employee application.
• Lead the migration of content and functionality from legacy systems into the new environment.
• Leverage AI agents and tooling to automate development, testing, and infrastructure management.
• Write technical specifications and documentation, and apply industry best practices in security and performance.
• Taking a central role in shaping the architecture of internal systems and driving enterprise-level innovation.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Must.
• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer, with a proven track record of independently owning the full development lifecycle - from design through deployment and maintenance - Must.
• Experience developing internal employee applications or enterprise in-house tools within an Information Systems domain - Big advantage.
• Experience with Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Contentful), including leading content/data migration projects, or experience building CMS capabilities from scratch. - An advantage.
• Strong backend development skills in Python.
• Strong web frontend skills with React, on top of solid JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS fundamentals.
• Experience developing mobile applications with React Native as a cross-platform framework.
• Experience integrating internal and external systems through REST APIs and third-party services.
• Hands-on experience with DWH / data lake environments or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency using AI tools and agents as a core part of the daily development workflow.
• Experience publishing and maintaining mobile apps in the App Store / Google Play, including enterprise distribution (MDM).
• A self-starter who independently solves complex problems while clearly communicating plans, progress, and documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
