זהו תפקיד המשלב בין ממשקי משא ומתן, התנהלות פנים-ארגונית לפתרון בעיות, תפעול וסגירת קצוות מינהלתיים ותהליכים עסקיים מול ספקים/שותפים שלנו בעולם תוך ביצוע ותיאום גלובלי -בהתפתחות המלאה מדובר על אחריות בהנעת תהליכים עסקיים מקצה לקצה, עבודה מול ממשקים רבים בארץ ובעולם, והשפעה ישירה על איכות הביצוע, רמת השירות והתוצאות העסקיות.

הובלת תהליכי תמחור, הצעות מחיר וסגירת הזמנות

תיאום והנעת תהליכי ביצוע מול צוותי השילוח, הספנות והתפעול

עבודה יומיומית מול ספקים, סוכנים ושותפים ברחבי העולם

אינטגרציה ותיאום בין גורמים במדינות ונמלים שונים

פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת והנעת משימות עד סגירה מלאה

בקרה על איכות הטיפול, זמני תגובה ורמת השירות

עבודה בסביבה דינמית, מרובת משימות וממשקים

שימוש בכלי AI, אוטומציה וחשיבה חדשנית לייעול תהליכים

מעקב אחר ביצועים עסקיים, מסחריים ותפעוליים

מדובר בתפקיד עם מסלול התפתחות מהיר:

בשלב ראשון - תפקיד Hands-On מרכזי בליבת הפעילות

לאחר כ4-6 חודשים - מעבר להובלת צוות וניהול פעילות

בהמשך - התפתחות לתפקידי ניהול משמעותיים בקבוצת החברות

Management Reserve: Operational-Commercial-Execution Team Leader (Our Office: Haifa) International Freight Forwarding and Shipping

Commercial-Operational-Execution Team Leader (Office-based) at a subsidiary of one of the top three largest freight forwarding and shipping groups in Israel. The first stage includes 3-6 months of learning, training, and onboarding into team management (the company's building is located in Haifa).

We are open to candidates without prior managerial experience or background in the field—provided they possess rapid learning capabilities, potential to manage a small team, sharpness, and work extensively with AI.

This role combines negotiation interfaces, internal organizational problem-solving, operations, closing administrative loose ends, and managing business processes with our global suppliers/partners while executing and coordinating globally. In its full development, the position entails end-to-end responsibility for driving business processes, working with numerous interfaces in Israel and worldwide, and directly impacting execution quality, service levels, and business results.

Core of the Future Role:

Managing and leading commercial, handling, and execution processes facing four central core interfaces:

• Clients
• International suppliers and partners
• Operations / Freight Forwarding / Shipping teams
• Commercial and internal organizational interfaces

The position includes responsibility for:

• Leading pricing processes, quotations, and closing orders
• Coordinating and driving execution processes with shipping, forwarding, and operations teams
• Daily communication with suppliers, agents, and partners worldwide
• Integration and coordination between parties in different countries and ports
• Real-time problem solving and driving tasks to full completion
• Monitoring handling quality, response times, and service levels
• Working in a dynamic, multi-tasking, and multi-interface environment
• Utilizing AI tools, automation, and innovative thinking to streamline processes
• Tracking business, commercial, and operational performance

This role offers a fast-track development path:

• First stage: A central, hands-on role at the core of operations
• After 4-6 months: Transition to team leadership and activity management

Location and Scope:

• After the training period—one working day per week from the company's Ashdod offices
