Today, ReachPlayers works with leading global brands and agency groups across multiple international markets, helping shape the future of advertising inside games.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Israel, with regular collaboration from our Tel Aviv office and flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing ReachPlayers' marketing strategy across multiple channels. Working closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, you'll help grow brand awareness, generate demand, create engaging content, support sales initiatives, and strengthen ReachPlayers' position as a leader in in-game advertising.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, and events.
- Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage the company website and marketing assets.
- Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives alongside the sales team.
- Coordinate product launches and customer marketing activities.
- Build relationships with media, partners, and industry organizations.
- Help organize conferences, webinars, customer events, and speaking opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and external agencies when needed.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, ad-tech, media, or gaming.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in gaming, advertising, media, or startups is a strong advantage.
- Based in Israel (Tel Aviv area preferred)
