Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Platform - JB-649

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in AI, the ability to lead end-to-end technology projects, design and implement enterprise AI agents, and connect business needs, user experience, and robust engineering architecture. This role is intended for a senior member of the development team with a clear leadership orientation, the ability to lead complex projects from day one, and experience leading teams in a matrix structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack development of modern software solutions, including backend, frontend, APIs, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents intended to support daily workflows, automation, information retrieval, summarization, decision-making, and user assistance.
• Write, maintain, and secure MCP Servers, including exposing tools, resources, and capabilities from internal systems for use by AI agents.
• Lead end-to-end AI technology projects: defining the need, specification, architecture design, development, testing, rollout, and value measurement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product, information security, infrastructure, and other development teams to turn ideas into practical AI capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Python development experience.
• At least 3 years of React development experience.
• Deep practical understanding of modern AI, with an emphasis on LLMs, AI agents, enterprise productivity tools, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, including workflow design, integration with external tools, error handling, permissions, user context, and model limitations.
• Experience writing or integrating MCP Servers, or a proven ability to quickly learn and implement MCP in an enterprise environment.
