SAP Project Manager

NESS is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager.

The role involves leading end-to-end SAP projects, from the requirements gathering and design phase through implementation and go-live. Responsibilities include managing multiple SAP implementation teams simultaneously, overseeing project budgets and P&L, working closely with public sector clients, leading commercial engagements for SAP projects and managed services, and developing and implementing project work plans.

Full-time position based in the Central District of Israel.

Proven experience in SAP project management – Mandatory.

Experience working with public sector clients – Mandatory.

Experience leading customer solutions and engagements – Mandatory.

Experience working with SAP development teams, defining work processes, and managing projects according to project plans – Mandatory.

Strong understanding of SAP solutions and technical knowledge – Mandatory.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.

Experience developing project plans and schedules, with strong execution and tracking capabilities.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including team leaders.

Strong risk management skills and the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Experience managing customer escalations.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under the pressure of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Proven ability to deliver projects according to plan.

Experience managing procurement processes.

Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing SAP professionals.

Ability to prepare presentations to support the sale of new SAP solutions and services.

Experience presenting project deliverables to project management and steering committees.

Experience managing and monitoring P&L with multiple pricing components.

Fluent English (written, spoken, and reading).
