Project Manger

Comblack is hiring a Senior Technology Project Manager !

The role includes full ownership of core digital projects within a government organization, including project planning, budgeting, resource management, and timeline tracking. The position involves leading cross-functional teams (analysis, development, and QA), working with internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks in an Agile environment, and writing system specifications when required.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience managing IT, information systems, or technology projects, with proven experience managing projects in the government sector.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 employees, including leadership, guidance, and task management.
• Experience working with information systems related to payroll, human resources, or employment data.
• Hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Systems Analysis, as well as working with Oracle databases and writing SQL queries.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing tasks using Azure DevOps.
