You’ll collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders, taking ownership from early discovery through final delivery.

About the Position
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Tel Aviv team.
In this role, you’ll design data-heavy, end-to-end workflows within a complex SaaS environment. You’ll work on multi-step user journeys, navigate interconnected systems, and turn complex problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strong product thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently in situations with ambiguity.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders, taking ownership from early discovery through final delivery.

• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to align on priorities, constraints, and trade-offs
• Work across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the product
• Refine UI to balance usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform
• Give and receive feedback as part of a collaborative design culture
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, improve decision-making, and enhance design quality
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products
• Proven experience designing complex systems, including data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows
• Strong ability to think systemically and understand cross-product dependencies
• Experience taking features end-to-end, from research and exploration to final execution
• A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions forward
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related domains - a strong advantage!
