Marketing Designer

Orchid Security is the Identity Infrastructure Control Plane - helping enterprises see and control what actually happens inside their applications, across every identity system they own.

We’re an early-stage startup with big ambitions, building in one of the most important spaces in cybersecurity and AI. Our team is small, fast-moving, and highly creative, and we believe great design is a critical part of how we stand out in a crowded market.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Designer based in Israel to join our growing marketing team and help shape the visual identity of Orchid as we scale. This is an opportunity to do much more than execute assets — you’ll play a real role in defining how our brand looks, feels, and shows up to the world.

The Role

You’ll be Orchid’s in-house marketing designer, partnering closely with the marketing team to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who loves designing and executing real work. You’ll personally create and deliver assets across digital campaigns, events, presentations, product marketing, social, and brand moments that are seen by customers, prospects, executives, investors, and the broader cybersecurity industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys moving fast, and wants to help shape a growing brand from the ground up while being deeply involved in the day-to-day creative execution.

Requirements

What You’ll Create

• Brand & Creative Development - Help evolve Orchid’s visual identity and ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint while continuously pushing the brand forward in fresh and creative ways.
• Sales & Executive Presentations - Design compelling presentations for customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, investor conversations, and partner events that help tell Orchid’s story in a powerful and polished way.
• Digital Campaign Assets - Create high-impact visuals across social media, paid campaigns, website banners, landing pages, email campaigns, and product launches.
• Event & Experiential Design - Help bring Orchid to life at industry conferences and events through booth graphics, signage, swag concepts, environmental branding, and creative experiences that stand out in the cybersecurity market.
• Product Marketing Collateral - Design one-pagers, solution briefs, reports, data sheets, battlecards, and additional customer-facing assets that balance strong branding with clear communication.
• Motion & Social Content - Occasional motion graphics or simple animations for social and digital channels.
  
  

• 4–5 years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or a similar hands-on creative role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and brand deliverables across digital, presentation, print, and campaign work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work within a brand system while also helping evolve and expand it creatively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and quick turnaround times
• Strong ownership mentality — someone who takes initiative and cares deeply about craft and execution
• B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity experience is a plus, but curiosity, creativity, and strong design instincts matter most
• Comfortable working in English — most of our content, collaboration, and communication are US-facing
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed to collaborate with the US team and support global marketing initiatives
