Team Lead – Infrastructure & Tier 3 | Tel Aviv

A leading company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Team Lead – Infrastructure & Tier 3 for a challenging and impactful technical-management role in a complex and dynamic enterprise environment. The role includes full ownership of endpoint infrastructure (workplace IT), Tier 3 support, and hands-on technical responsibility for Windows environments, Intune/MDM, and large-scale deployments, alongside leading a professional team and driving process improvements across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Computer Engineering or graduates of technological units / advanced courses – Mandatory
• 5 years of experience in endpoint/system infrastructure – Mandatory
• Experience in technical team leadership or significant professional leadership – Mandatory
• Strong experience managing Windows endpoints – Mandatory
• Experience with SCCM and/or Intune – Mandatory
• Experience with PowerShell scripting – Mandatory
• Experience working with Tier 1 support teams – Mandatory
• Advantage: experience with Citrix
• Advantage: familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, Windows Servers, and endpoint security concepts
