Product Manager

Comblack is hiring a Product Manager !

The role involves leading the full product lifecycle, from product discovery and business requirements analysis to roadmap planning and cross-functional collaboration with development, data, architecture, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, including writing PRDs, defining KPIs, and managing Backlog prioritization and multi-year Roadmaps.
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital products or digital transformation initiatives in large organizations or the public sector.
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation capabilities within digital products.
• Experience with Cloud-based products, cloud migration, and a solid understanding of Microservices, APIs, information security, and scalability.
• Strong strategic thinking, market research, problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional technical and business teams.
