ATE Development Engineer

We are hiring a ATE Development Engineer for a role involving the development, design, integration, production, and support of automatic test systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and production of automatic test systems through subcontractors, from requirements definition to final product delivery

• Analyze technical product requirements and define technical specifications for the development and production of test systems

• Perform detailed design of automatic test systems and support software engineers during software development

• Lead integration activities of the tested units

• Write requirement specifications and technical documents such as TRD, AVD, QTP, ATR, and ATP

• Perform verification, validation, and acceptance testing for test systems

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for test systems throughout their life cycle

• Take responsibility for schedules, budgets, technical support, and subcontractor management related to the development and maintenance of test equipment

Requirements:

• Bsc in Electronics Engineering - mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in test equipment / automatic test systems development - mandatory

• Experience developing automatic functional test systems for development and production environments - mandatory

• Experience writing requirement specifications and technical documents such as TRD, AVD, QTP, ATR, and ATP - mandatory

• Experience in integration and system engineering - mandatory

• Experience working with subcontractors - mandatory

• Experience with TestStand, LabVIEW, and C# - advantage

• Experience or training in functional RF test equipment - advantage

• Familiarity with electronic systems development processes in the defense industry - advantage
